Chocolate Pudding

Want pudding now? All you need is a blender to whip up this recipe—in less than five minutes, you will have decadent chocolate pudding.

    1 pack firm silken tofu, crumbled
    10 Tbsp. unbleached cane sugar
    8 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    Pinch of salt

• Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and thick.
• Chill.
